Kevin Shelton: How can parents reinforce responsibility in their athlete?

It’s not the end of the world if your athlete forgets a glove or cleat or whatever. Let them learn. Kevin Shelton, GM Dallas Charge explains teaching a lesson creates responsibility. “We don’t learn a lesson when coach or parent bail us out”.
